Deb Schroeder has been a trusted real estate professional in Windermere, Florida since 2006. In 2014, she founded Infinity Realty Group, LLC, a boutique brokerage built on experience, discretion, and exceptional client service. Her commitment to excellence has earned recognition as an Orlando Magazine Top 100 Real Estate Professional, placement among the Top 250 real estate agents in Orlando, distinction within the Top 1% of REALTORS® in the Orlando market, and the 2025 Women’s Professionalism Award in Real Estate, among numerous other honors. She has also received a Top Producer designation from the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association for several years.

Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Deb was immersed in real estate from an early age. Her family’s involvement in investment properties, commercial rentals, renovations, community development, and residential leasing established a strong foundation in property ownership and long-term value, insight that continues to shape the informed guidance she provides to clients today.

Deb’s mission is to deliver a refined, seamless experience for buyers and sellers at every stage of the transaction. She brings extensive hands-on experience working with investors, relocation clients, second-home purchasers, first-time buyers, and local homeowners. Having personally navigated new construction, foreclosures, and rental ownership, she understands the process from every perspective and helps clients make confident, well-informed decisions. Her close attention to market conditions ensures clients benefit from timely, strategic advice.

Deb holds a degree in Education from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Technology from Georgia Southern University. She has completed Mortgage Broker Certification training and holds professional designations including Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). She remains committed to advanced education to stay at the forefront of an evolving real estate market.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, Deb taught at Windermere Preparatory School. Her background in education continues to shape her approach, guiding clients through complex decisions with patience, clarity, and care while building lasting relationships rooted in trust.

Outside of real estate, Deb focuses on her family and life in the community she proudly serves. She is actively engaged in church service ministries and supports her children’s school initiatives, reflecting a genuine commitment to the neighborhoods and families that make Central Florida home.
